At Karup, we want you to love how your furniture transforms your space; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition to ensure you have more space to live big without the stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original Karup Design packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient collection time from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
